A focused, single webpage designed to turn visitors into customers through compelling content and clear calls to action. Including all pertinent information and custom form.

2-3 Pages

Business Builder | $3,750

Perfect for growing businesses. This package includes up to three professionally designed, mobile-friendly pages that showcase your services, tell your story, and convert visitors into customers.

3-5 Pages

Professional Plus | $6,250

This package gives you up to five custom-designed pages to fully showcase your business, including your services, portfolio, testimonials, and contact information - everything you need to establish a powerful online presence.

Creative Planning

Usually starts with a phone call. We'll get a better idea what kind of site you need, how many pages, what you need it to be able to do.
Site Structure: The layout of your site. What will go best where.
Wireframe: Essentially the blueprint for each page. Headings, fonts, color scheme, images, links/buttons.
Content Collecting: We create a Google folder for you to drop your photos in and a Google Doc for you to add any copy you'd like on your site. Or we can accept content via email, text, however it works best for you. We can help create copy; come up with slogans, tag lines, and supportive paragraphs. We use AI for some of this, tweaking to make it make sense for your business (and sound like you).

Professional, Custom Design

Quick Proof: We send a partial page for you to get an idea of where we're going with your design, make any changes you'd like, and take it from there.
Content writing and editing: If we have to generate most content, there is an additional charge. We're happy to reword content you're able to provide, anything helps.
Photography: Real photos and video are best, but we have access to thousands of great stock photography we can start with if needed.
Social links: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouYube, Twitter, and more.
Contact links: Phone, email
Contact form(s): We can add your email so all forms go directly to you. You'll also have access to your Wix Dashboard and view entries there.
Site proofing by outside sources: We send your (almost) complete site to two proofreaders; you're also encouraged to proof prior to going live.

Everything Else

SEO (Search Engine Optimization): We use a thorough Wix SEO Checklist that goes through every page of your site, ensuring all meta descriptions, headlines, keywords, and alt text are present.

Domain: Purchase one or connect one you already own
Responsiveness: Works across all devices
Multiple revisions, within reason. If you become a PTA client, we have a charge for that.

Will my site look good on mobile?

Yes, we "edit" three versions of your site. It will be optimized to function properly across mobile, tablet, and desktop. Keeping in mind the majority of traffic is coming from mobile devices.

Tell me about domains.

If you already own one from another site, we can either (1) Transfer the domain to Wix and Wix becomes the domain host or (2) Point your domain to Wix and leave it hosted where it is. For example: You bought a domain at GoDaddy.com a year ago. We can leave it there or move it to Wix, but use it either way on your new site.

If you need a domain, we can purchase that through Wix, where it will also be hosted. Most packages include first year free domain.

If you own multiple domains, we can point them all to your new site.

Does my site include SEO?

We don't just design beautiful websites–we build them to be found. We use the comprehensive Wix SEO checklist to ensure every site we create is optimized for search engines and increase both paid and organic traffic.

Can I make changes once my site is designed?

Once sites are complete and fully paid, we transfer ownership and remain on the account as co-owner (so we can make changes if needed in the future). You're welcome to make any changes, but we have a $50 hourly rate with one hour minimum, to clean up any messes made.

Can you add a store to my site?

We sure can! Get more info on that in the E-Commerce tab.

Do you use a template or start from scratch?

We utilize Wix Studio's extensive template library (over 500) to create our websites. This just gives us a basic layout, then the customizing begins. We also recognize that sometimes a project calls for a completely custom approach–in those cases, we love the challenge of starting from scratch and tailoring every detail to our client's unique vision.

Do you have app/add-on options?

Yes, Wix offers seamless integration with a vast array of third-party apps and services. From marketing automation and payment processing to social media and analytics, you can easily connect the tools you need to supercharge your website's capabilities and streamline your workflow. General Pricing Info

We will email you an invoice with 50% non-refundable deposit due at the beginning of your project and 50% due once complete. Once your site is paid in full, we will send you the login, so you have access.
Your non-refundable 50% deposit confirms your commitment to work with us and acknowledges the value of our preliminary consultations, which typically include detailed project planning, website reviews, and multiple conversations to ensure we're an ideal match. Once your deposit is secured, your project is officially added to our schedule, reserving dedicated time that we often have to protect by declining other potential clients.
We request websites be paid via check to avoid processing fees. You can mail your payments to Amanda Cook, 407 Trail Drive, Overbrook, KS 66524. Other services we will invoice via email, you can pay with a card or ACH.
You are free to make edits to your site. If we need to correct anything, we charge an additional $50/hour, with a one hour minimum.
Your domain, email, and hosting fees with Wix will be charged to a card on file with them, unless you purchased your domain elsewhere. These fees are separate from our design fees.

Standard Website: *All websites are custom quoted once we understand your needs. Quotes are valid for 30 days.

Landing page: Start at $1,750 (Single page site)
3 page site: Start at $3,750 (Ex. Home, Services, Contact)
5 page site: Start at $6,250 (Ex. Home, About, Services, Gallery, Contact)
Each additional page: Start at $1,250*
Content and image creation is additional. If you send us all of your info, your quote will be lower.

Blog:

Additional $850 to set up the blog on your site + charge per post. Must have at least a landing page (pricing above) also.
Blog posts come with research on topic, header image, and full copy
If you would like social sharing in addition to that let us know and we'll figure that into our bid.

E-Commerce:

Additional $2,250 set up to above pricing + $15/item listed in your store

Other fees:

Any apps you'd like added on (will be billed monthly from Wix)
App integration, depending which is needed

Can you add a store to my site?

With Wix Stores, you have everything you need to build a modern, professional online store and take your eCommerce business to the next level. Easily sell your own physical or digital products, and consider expanding your catalog with drop-shipping items. Showcase your products in galleries, offer secure checkout options, and reach more customers by selling across multiple channels.

There's a lot more that goes into setting up an online store, so please reach out for a custom quote. We typically have a flat fee to set up the site/store and then charge per item you'd like listed. Please see our Pricing tab above. We can send instructions on updating inventory or adding/removing items in the future.
